The accounting decree changed the profession, not the tools
Moroccan condominiums have long been managed on spreadsheets and general accounting software designed for companies. That worked as long as no one asked for accounts. Decree no. 2.23.700 ended that tolerance: it imposes a dedicated chart of accounts, accrual accounting, standardised statements and tamper-proof records.
Adapting business software to those rules means rewriting its foundations. We preferred to start from the profession: shares, charges by class, the majorities of law 18-00, syndic mandates and their handovers. These are the product's objects, not custom fields bolted on afterwards.
Nor is the Moroccan market simply another French-speaking market. Arabic is not a translation laid over an interface: it is a reading direction, a typography, official documents and meeting notices. The product is bilingual by construction; English is added for institutional investors.
What we refuse to do
A software publisher is judged as much by what it forbids itself as by what it ships.
No figure we cannot prove
No client count, no time-saving percentage, no arranged testimonial. This site carries no commercial figure, and that will hold until we have verifiable ones.
No approximate legal reference
Every mention of the decree or of law 18-00 rests on the published text. Where we are not certain, we write nothing.
No data entrusted to a third party without need
This site loads no foreign script and sets no tracker. The product calls no external service to operate.
No feature announced before it exists
Modules that are not open are marked as such in the navigation, rather than presented in the future tense.
Verifiable rules, not intentions
Isolation is tested, not assumed
Tests issue queries that deliberately bypass our own protections, to verify that the database refuses them.
Nothing ships without passing the pipeline
Secret scanning, static security analysis, dependency checks, architecture tests. One failure blocks publication.
The code speaks French
Classes, methods and comments are in French, like the profession they describe. A developer joining reads condominium vocabulary, not a translation.
Accessibility is a constraint, not an option
Measured contrast, keyboard navigation, screen readers. A condominium council is not made up solely of young, sighted people.
