Three professions we move faster with

SyndicGroup replaces neither a chartered accountant, nor an integrator, nor a property developer. We aim to work with them, not instead of them.

We publish no logos, and we will never speak of you without your written agreement.

Who we address

What each of you gains

Chartered accountants

Your syndic clients hand you accounts you then have to rework. With direct, time-limited access to their entries, you consult without waiting for a transfer, and without being given the whole portfolio.

The chartered accountant role exists in the product, with mandatory access expiry and scope restricted to the condominiums concerned.

Integrators and installers

Access control, intercoms, metering: you install equipment in properties we manage administratively. It is in our interest that the two talk to each other.

Technical arrangements are discussed case by case. We do not promise an interface that does not yet exist.

Property developers

You hand over properties that must start with a condominium regulation, ownership shares and a first budget. A clean start avoids three years of disputes.

Data migration at handover is a planned use case: structure, units, shares and people import from a spreadsheet.

The terms

What we can say right now

  • Terms are discussed, not imposed

We have no standardised programme with tiers and badges. We prefer a clear agreement between two companies.

  • Your clients remain your clients

A partnership is not a capture channel. We will not approach the condominiums you introduce to us.

  • Nothing is published without your agreement

Neither your name, nor your logo, nor a case study. The agreement is written and revocable.
