Who processes your data
Morocco Next Technologies publishes this site and receives the requests submitted on it. For any question about your data, the Contact page is the entry point.
What we collect, and when
Two sources, and only two:
- The contact and demo form: your name, your email address and, if you choose to provide them, phone, role, company, city, portfolio size, current software, message and preferred time slot.
- Audience measurement: pages viewed, language and referring site — no cookie, no identifier, no IP address kept. No personal data at all.
No account is created and nothing is collected without your knowledge: every personal item listed above comes from a field you filled in yourself.
Why
To answer your request, prepare the demo if you ask for one, and measure the site’s audience in aggregate. Your details serve nothing else: no transfer, no resale, no third-party advertising.
For how long
Requests and measurements are deleted automatically after twenty-four months. This purge is a scheduled process that runs without human intervention — not an intention.
Your rights
Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data grants you rights of access, rectification and objection. To exercise them, write to us from the Contact page; we reply as promptly as we can. Exercise a right — Contact page
CNDP filing
The processing will be filed with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection before commercial operation begins. The receipt will be published on the dedicated page. See the CNDP page
