Access control, announced and not yet open

Badges, intercom and entry log, attached to the units and occupants of the building.

The problem

Access is managed separately, so it is managed badly

Badges live in the installer's software, occupants in the caretaker's file, and units in the accounts. When an owner sells, nobody deactivates anything.

Demonstration

Where this module stands

We would rather show the real state than screens that do not exist.

Progress

This module is announced. Here is where it really stands.

Design

Attaching access rights to units and occupants is settled: that is what separates this module from installer software.

Data model defined

This module is not open to new customers and appears in no priced plan. We will tell you plainly when it is.

What the module actually does

  • Badges attached to the unit

A change of occupant triggers revocation, because both live in the same place.

  • Entry log

Timestamped and retained, readable by the owner council.

  • Intercom

Calls the current occupant of the unit, with no manual reprogramming.

  • Hardware to qualify

The choice of readers and controllers is not settled; it will depend on existing installations.

The shortest path is still seeing it run

Thirty minutes, a demonstration building, and your real cases entered in front of you.
