A misapplied majority voids the decision
Law 18-00 distinguishes the majority of those present, three quarters of the union's votes, and unanimity. These are not interchangeable, and a resolution passed on the wrong majority can be challenged. Several tools on the market apply thresholds that do not match the text in force.
