How do you count units?

A unit is anything that gets charged: a flat, a shop, or a garage if your bylaws individualise it. The price is computed on the units actually managed; owner, board and accountant accounts never count, whatever their number.

Is Discovery really free?

Yes: one property up to thirty units, with no time limit and no credit card. It is the complete platform, not a reduced edition — human onboarding is what starts with the paid plans.

Where is the data hosted?

On servers operated by Morocco Next Technologies. The Sovereign plan goes further: the software is installed on your own infrastructure and nothing leaves it.

We have years of history elsewhere. So what?

Migration is assisted from Essential and done by us from Agency: units, owners, balances and budgets, with a consistency check before switching. It is billed once, from 3,000 to 8,000 MAD depending on the state of the data.

How do billing and payment work?

All prices are before tax, billed yearly in dirhams with a compliant invoice. Pay in one or four instalments at no cost in the first year; one fiscal-year commitment, renewable. Financing can be voted at the general meeting — we provide the resolution template.
